  • Compile and analyze financial data to prepare and review GL entries.
  • Own end-to-end accounting processes to support Finance and partners.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and automation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial systems and data flow.
  • Lead and manage accounting projects and initiatives.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and perform variance analysis for multiple entities.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting (required).
  • 5+ years of GL accounting and/or Big 4 public accounting experience.
  • CPA license preferred.
  • GAAP knowledge.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
  • Advanced Excel and data management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Flexible and accurate in a fast-paced environment.
