  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with enterprise healthcare accounts including health systems, hospital networks, health plans, and government agencies.
  • Advise clients on Boostlingo adoption and translate goals into concrete account plans with milestones tied to outcomes.
  • Leverage internal AI workflows to identify risks, growth opportunities, and focus efforts for impact.
  • Manage renewals and expansions with procurement, IT, compliance; ensure smooth processes.
  • Drive adoption of the AI interpreter suite; coordinate with Product/Engineering to deliver client value.
  • Monitor usage and health metrics using BI/CX tooling; lead quarterly business reviews with clients.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing enterprise healthcare accounts.
  • Direct experience with healthcare procurement and IT security reviews; navigate clinical/compliance stakeholders.
  • Proven track record driving technology adoption in complex enterprises; familiar with SaaS metrics (ARR, churn, NRR) and lifecycle.
  • Fluent English; exceptional communication; tailor messaging to CIO/CFO/procurement audiences.
  • Strong analytical instincts; translate usage data into actionable insights; experience with BI/CX tools.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, MS Office; JIRA and Confluence a plus; Bachelor's degree preferred.
