- Top-of-org performance: President's Club or top-decile quota
- Hunter with track record of new logos in Asia; cross-cultural
- Experience selling API, SDK, or white-label embedded solutions
- Strong deal mechanics: pricing, multi-year contracts, revenue-share
- Excellent English; additional Asian language a plus
