🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline
- 8+ years of cellular RAN design and/or system architecture
- 5+ years with 3GPP standardization
- Advanced degree (Masters or PhD) in Electrical Eng, Telecommunications, or related
- Deep understanding of 5G NR and LTE PHY/MAC/RRC layers
- NTN and satellite integration into 3GPP systems
