- Respond to legal requests and abuse/misuse inquiries, including law enforcement and privacy matters.
- Develop and refine T&S policies and procedures that scale with the business.
- Work with Customer Operations, Product, Engineering, and Risk to launch new products with T&S features.
- Spot risks in new product offerings and review launches to ensure safe support.
- Serve as crisis lead for T&S incidents, coordinating response and advising leadership.
- Translate complex investigations and risk assessments into clear updates for senior stakeholders.
🎯 Requirements
- 4-6+ years of Trust & Safety experience at a global internet or tech company, with direct experience handling high-stakes escalations and complex workflows.
- Strong knowledge of global internet law and policy, including copyright, trademark, privacy, content moderation, platform regulation (e.g., TAKE IT DOWN Act, EU Digital Services Act), and trends.
- Extensive knowledge of the Trust & Safety industry, including current trends and competitor approaches.
- Excellent written communication skills and the ability to present complex risk assessments to executive stakeholders.
- Exceptional judgment and the ability to make objective, evidence-based decisions in gray areas with complex products and systems.
- 4 year degree (BA/BS).
