At Squarespace, we empower product teams to solve meaningful customer and business problems. We’re looking for a Staff Product Manager to lead Acuity Channels, the team responsible for expanding the reach and impact of Acuity businesses through partnerships, integrations and next-generation distribution platforms, from embedded booking to emerging AI, LLM, and agentic channels that make it effortless for users to book from anywhere.
As the team responsible for Acuity Scheduling helps entrepreneurs manage appointments effortlessly so they can focus on what they love. As the product lead for Channels, you’ll shape how Acuity-powered services are discovered, booked, and experienced across the web; connecting businesses to their clients wherever they are. This role sits at the intersection of product, partnerships, and platform strategy, driving the vision for how Acuity integrates into the broader digital ecosystem. You’ll design and negotiate integrations that scale, align architectures between Acuity and our partners, and ensure that every collaboration advances our strategic goals and delivers measurable business outcomes.
You’ll operate as a strategic and technical bridge, balancing external partnership dynamics with internal priorities, advocating for Acuity’s objectives, and translating between systems, data models, and organizations. The result: a more open, discoverable, and connected scheduling experience that drives growth for millions of businesses.
This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days a week in our Aveiro, Portugal office. You will report to the Senior Group Product Manager on the Acuity Scheduling team.
