📋 Description

  • Manage long-term agency partnerships to bring upmarket customers to Squarespace
  • Develop GTM strategies with clear goals, target markets, value propositions, and pricing
  • Review progress against strategic plans; help partners scale and optimize execution
  • Collaborate with Squarespace Sales to accelerate pipeline and co-selling
  • Facilitate collaboration between partners and Squarespace teams on complex client needs
  • Enable agencies with training resources and ensure platform proficiency

🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ years in partnerships, biz dev, or agency-facing roles in SaaS/marketing tech
  • Experience with creative/marketing/tech service providers serving SMB or Mid-Market
  • Proven success building and scaling partner relationships that drive revenue and co-sell
  • Strong relationship management and communication; able to influence senior stakeholders
  • Entrepreneurial and comfortable with ambiguity; able to create structure and repeatable processes
  • Willingness to travel for partner meetings and events to represent Squarespace
