Product Manager

📋 Description

• Define and maintain an 18–24 month product roadmap aligned with business goals and user needs
• Manage the lifecycle of connected devices, syncing hardware gates with app and cloud releases
• Translate abstract ideas into rigorous PRDs, functional specifications, and user stories
• Serve as the hub linking design, hardware, firmware, mobile app, and cloud teams
• Define KPIs and analyze data to validate features, optimize pricing, and evolve the product
• Partner with Marketing to define value propositions, packaging, and launch plans for new hardware

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive product management experience shipping consumer electronics or IoT devices end-to-end
• Lead cross-functionally; influence without authority and align tech, design, business
• Strategic ownership and self-guidance in ambiguous '0 to 1' environments
• Technical depth to discuss Bluetooth/Wi‑Fi, firmware constraints, and battery life
• Design Thinking mindset with human-centered focus ensuring empathy in product decisions
• Analytical skills with Amplitude, Mixpanel, SQL, or Tableau for data-driven decisions
