Product Designer Intern

The Product Design intern supports the design team in digital products and user-centric interaction designs. Working alongside experienced designers, they are involved in the full design process, from research to final implementation. They will contribute to real-world product initiatives that impact users, while gaining experience with enterprise-scale design systems and cross-functional collaboration.

Team summary

As a part of a SQUAD Product Design team, you will be designing for web and mobile platforms, with an emphasis on creating cross‑platform mobile app experiences. We’re a user-centric, fast-paced and collaborative team that works closely with other design, product, and engineering teams. Alongside experienced designers and UX researchers, you will create scalable solutions that deliver value to customers worldwide. Looking forward to working together!

• Complete assigned tasks and meet deadlines
• Apply design principles to create solutions that meet the requirements
• Ideate, generate, and develop design concepts independently and collaboratively
• Regularly communicate with mentors and team members
• Participate in design discussions and provide feedback
• Receive and implement critical feedback

• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes and UI mockups in Figma
• Ability to follow a design system and utilize the UI libraries
• Ability to structure, analyze and present information
• Understanding design principles, visual harmony and aesthetics
• Portfolio demonstrating cases of digital design
• At least Upper-Intermediate level of spoken and written English

• Understanding of a holistic approach to UI/UX and product design from concept to implementation
• Building user journeys, user flows and storyboards
• Knowledge of Design Thinking and Human-Centered Design (UCD)
• Knowledge of the latest web/mobile interface trends and interaction patterns
