Our Systems Engineering team is growing, and we're looking for a Lead Systems Engineer to guide our expansion beyond our current capacity. Job Summary

This role is perfect for a technical expert with deep knowledge of corporate infrastructure management—servers, networks, and cloud environments. In this role you'll use your expertise to mentor others, standardize our processes, and lead the team toward achieving common goals.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Deploy, configure, and maintain corporate IT infrastructure (servers, storage, networks, virtualization, cloud)
  • Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of critical systems and services
  • Mentor junior engineers, conduct technical training, and promote professional growth and knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Manage and optimize on-premise and hybrid cloud environments (e.g., VMware, AWS)
  • Define and enforce infrastructure standards, documentation, and operational procedures
  • Oversee infrastructure security measures in collaboration with the Information Security team
  • Act as a technical lead and escalation point for complex system incidents
  • Drive automation initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce repetitive work
  • Plan and execute system upgrades, migrations, and lifecycle management
Qualifications and Skills
  • Proven experience with hybrid infrastructure (macOS/Windows/Linux administration)
  • Good knowledge of networking (Cisco Meraki), virtualization platforms
  • Hands-on experience with cloud environments (AWS), and MDM (e.g., Jamf, Workspace ONE or similar)
  • Hands-on experience with monitoring (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana) and backup
Nice to have
  • Good knowledge of scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, Python), IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) will be a significant advantage
  • Hands-on experience with identity management (e.g., Okta, SSO) tools
