Intern Image Quality Lab Engineer

We strive to optimize image processing using cutting-edge technology to measure and analyze quality with scientific precision, covering key factors like sharpness, distortion, noise, dynamic range, and color accuracy.

As Image Quality Lab Engineer Intern in SQUAD you'll work closely with our embedded software and hardware teams, bridging the gap between the latest imaging technology and practical implementation in our devices.

As an Intern of our device engineering team, you'll learn in developing and validating image quality for our diverse product line. Your role will involve working on our camera systems to ensure outstanding performance in diverse lighting conditions and environments. You will enhance your expertise by taking part in optimization of how software algorithms integrate with hardware capabilities.

• Work closely with software development teams to understand new feature requirements and specifications.
• Provide valuable feedback to software engineers based on test results and performance metrics.

• Personal interest in camera technologies and Image Quality.
• Experience in using cameras.

• Experience in camera image processing like 3A, demosaic, noise reduction.
• Experience in objective image quality in laboratory environments.
• Experience in Python software programming
• Experience in camera technologies like image sensors, optics, ALS and illumination (WLED, IR LEDs)
