Spotify’s Confidence team is looking for a Customer Success Engineer who will serve our internal customers —more than 300 product and platform teams— combining technical depth, business acumen, and strong interpersonal skills to provide strategic guidance and automate problem‑solving.
We’re seeking a versatile engineer skilled in backend development, SDK development, and customer interaction. Your primary responsibility will be to provide first‑response support to internal Spotify teams using Confidence, our experimentation platform, and to build and maintain strong relationships that ensure their success and satisfaction. Join a high-paced, startup-like team of engineers, designers, data scientists and product managers to drive the adoption, reliability, and effectiveness of our experimentation platform across Spotify. While the role is internal‑facing, Confidence is being built as a product that can serve other businesses; you’ll help shape reusable, productizable solutions. We operate with a startup mindset inside Spotify—expect ambiguity, shifting priorities, and broad ownership.
