Spotify’s Publishing Operations team powers the systems and partnerships that ensure songwriters and publishers are paid accurately and transparently. As we continue to enhance data interoperability, and modernize rights management, we’re looking for a
Publishing Operations Associate Manager to help drive the next phase of growth.In this role, you’ll help shape how Spotify manages publishing data globally leading initiatives across systems, metadata, licensing operations, and industry partnerships. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to make publishing more efficient, scalable, and future-ready.
What You'll DoThe United States base range for this position is $86,860 - $124,085, plus equity. The benefits available for this position include health insurance, six month paid parental leave, 401(k) retirement plan, monthly meal allowance, 23 paid days off, 13 paid flexible holidays. This range encompasses multiple levels. Leveling is determined during the interview process. Placement in a level depends on relevant work history and interview performance. These ranges may be modified in the future.
