🎯 Requirements

5+ years in the music industry, artist/partner-facing role
Experience with artists, managers, labels across Germany, Austria, Switzerland
Fluent in German and English
Strong project management for campaigns, live events and activations
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
Based in Berlin; available to work from the Berlin office
