  • Previous experience in sales development, lead generation, or outbound prospecting (B2B preferred).
  • Comfortable with high-volume outreach and clear activity targets.
  • Strong written and verbal communication; confident engaging US stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Smartlead, Aircall, or similar.
  • Self-motivated and disciplined; able to perform in a remote freelance setup with autonomy.
  • Strong time management; prioritize outreach, follow-ups, and pipeline.
  • A collaborative attitude; teamwork is essential at The Alliance.
  • Remote (US-based); must work within US business hours.
  • Freelance / Contract role.
  • Clear KPIs and performance expectations.
  • Base hourly/monthly rate and on-target earnings commission on all sales generated from meetings booked.
