- Familiarity with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Smartlead, Aircall, or similar.
- Self-motivated and disciplined; able to perform in a remote freelance setup with autonomy.
- Strong time management; prioritize outreach, follow-ups, and pipeline.
- A collaborative attitude; teamwork is essential at The Alliance.
- Remote (US-based); must work within US business hours.
- Freelance / Contract role.
- Clear KPIs and performance expectations.
- Base hourly/monthly rate and on-target earnings commission on all sales generated from meetings booked.
