Speechify is seeking a Senior Tech Lead to own and guide the development of our web core product and Chrome extension from Salvador, Brazil.

Lead the design and implementation of the web core product features and the Chrome extension
Define architectural direction and best practices for frontend systems
Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and foster technical growth
Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver high-quality user experiences
Drive performance, accessibility, and security considerations across the frontend stack
Contribute to roadmaps, planning, and release cycles

5-8+ years of frontend engineering experience with modern JavaScript/TypeScript
Experience building Chrome extensions and web applications
Strong knowledge of frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, or similar) and modern tooling
Proven track record of leading teams and delivering end-to-end software products
Excellent collaboration and communication skills
