Role
Tech Lead for the Web Core Product & Chrome Extension. You will guide the frontend architecture, own key features, and mentor a growing team to deliver fast, accessible experiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead frontend architecture for Speechify’s web core product and Chrome extension
- Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to define roadmaps and deliver high-quality features
- Mentor engineers, review code, and promote best practices in performance and accessibility
- Ensure robust, scalable, and maintainable frontend systems with a focus on performance
Qualifications
- 5+ years of frontend development experience
- Strong expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and React
- Experience building Chrome extensions and web performance optimization
- Proven leadership and collaboration skills
