About the Role

As Tech Lead for the Web Core Product and Chrome Extension in Juiz de Fora, Brazil, you will guide the frontend of our core web platform, shape architecture, and mentor a team of engineers to deliver high-quality web features and reliable Chrome extension functionality.

What you'll do

• Lead frontend engineering efforts for the web core product and Chrome extension.
• Define and drive technical direction, architecture, and best practices.
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to ship features end-to-end.
• Mentor and grow the frontend team, perform code reviews, and promote high standards.
• Ensure performance, accessibility, security, and reliability across web and extension.
• Ship high-quality, maintainable features on a regular cadence.

Qualifications

• Significant hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React).
• Experience building Chrome extensions and web platform features.
• Proven leadership experience managing frontend teams and delivering projects.
• Strong understanding of web performance optimization and accessibility.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
