Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain backend services for platform features and APIs.
• Build scalable services and data pipelines, monitor performance and reliability.

• Collaborate with product, design, and frontend teams to ship features.
• Mentor teammates and help define engineering best practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Python and/or Go.
• Experience with cloud environments (e.g., AWS) and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, Redis) and APIs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and collaboration.
