Job Description
Speechify is seeking a Software Engineer for the iOS Core Product to join our Colombo, Sri Lanka team. You will design, implement, and ship core iOS features that power Speechify's world-class text-to-speech experience.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, test, and maintain core iOS features
- Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver high-quality mobile experiences
- Write clean, well-documented code and participate in code reviews
- Focus on performance, reliability, accessibility, and maintainability
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional iOS development experience
- Strong proficiency in Swift and Objective-C
- Experience with UIKit, SwiftUI, Xcode, and iOS frameworks
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, asynchronous programming, and testing
