Software Engineer, iOS Core Product – Belo Horizonte, Brazil

Speechify is seeking a Software Engineer, iOS Core Product to join our team in Belo Horizonte, Brazil. In this role you will contribute to building the iOS core experience that powers Speechify's app. You will collaborate with design, backend, and QA to ship high-quality features for millions of users.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain iOS features for the core product using Swift
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, scope, and deliver high-impact user experiences
• Write clean, well-documented code and unit tests
• Optimize app performance, reliability, and crash-free user experiences
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Swift and iOS development
• Proficiency with UIKit and/or SwiftUI, Xcode, and standard iOS tooling
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and collaboration skills
• BS/MS in Computer Science or related field or equivalent practical experience
