Role

Speechify is seeking a Software Engineer, Data Infrastructure & Acquisition in Juiz de Fora, Brazil. You will design and implement scalable data pipelines to ingest, process, and store high-quality data for analytics, product features, and decision making.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain data ingestion and processing pipelines.
\n
• Develop data models and storage strategies to enable fast, reliable data access.
\n
• Collaborate with data engineering, data science, and product teams to identify data needs and improve data quality and governance.
\n
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data infrastructure for scale and reliability.
\n
• Collaborate on data quality frameworks, testing, and documentation.
\n

Qualifications

\n
• Experience in software engineering or data engineering with practical knowledge of data pipelines and ETL processes.
\n
• Proficiency in Python (or another modern language) and SQL.
\n
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and data warehousing concepts.
\n
• Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
\n
• Ability to work on-site in Juiz de Fora, Brazil.
