About the role
Speechify is seeking a Software Engineer for AI Studio in Salt Lake City, USA. In this role you will design, build, and maintain AI-powered features for Speechify's AI Studio platform. You will collaborate with machine learning researchers, product teams, and designers to deliver scalable software that enables advanced AI capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain production-grade software for Speechify AI Studio
- Collaborate with ML researchers to deploy and optimize ML models
- Build data processing pipelines and scalable services
- Write tests, perform code reviews, and ensure code quality
- Work with product and design teams to deliver high-quality features
Qualifications
- 3+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong understanding of CS fundamentals (algorithms and data structures)
- Experience with AI/ML workflows and tools
- Proficiency in at least one programming language commonly used in AI tooling (e.g., Python, Java, or C++)
- Experience with cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP) and modern CI/CD workflows
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
