Speechify is seeking a Senior Software Engineer, AI Model Serving to join our team in Surabaya, Indonesia. In this role, you will design, implement, and operate scalable services that host and serve machine learning models, collaborating with data scientists to productionize models and deliver fast inferences.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain AI model serving infrastructure
- Collaborate with data scientists to productionize models
- Ensure low latency, high throughput, and reliability of inference services
- Containerize applications with Docker and deploy to Kubernetes-based environments
- Partner with cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers
What we value
- Experience building scalable ML serving systems
- Familiarity with model serving frameworks (TensorFlow Serving, TorchServe) or equivalent
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
