Overview

Speechify is seeking a Senior Software Engineer, AI Model Serving to join our team in Palma de Mallorca, Spain. You will design and deliver scalable AI model serving infrastructure to production, enabling fast, reliable access to AI models in consumer applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable and low-latency AI model serving infrastructure
• Deploy and monitor machine learning models in production environments
• Develop robust APIs and services for model inference
• Collaborate with ML researchers and data scientists to iterate on model deployment
• Ensure reliability, observability, security, and performance of deployment pipelines
• Mentor and assist other engineers

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• Hands-on experience deploying ML models to production
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Go, Java)
• Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
• Cloud experience (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Familiarity with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and model serving tools
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
