Job Description
Speechify is looking for a Product Growth Engineer to join our team in San Francisco. You will blend frontend engineering with growth-focused experimentation to drive user engagement and activation using React and Tailwind.
What you'll do
- Build and run growth experiments on the frontend using React and Tailwind
- Collaborate with product, design, and marketing to translate growth ideas into scalable features
- Instrument metrics, set up A/B tests, and analyze results to inform product decisions
- Improve performance and accessibility of growth-focused features
- Code reviews, write tests, and help maintain a robust frontend stack
What we're looking for
- Experience with React
- Proficiency with Tailwind CSS
- Strong understanding of web performance and frontend architecture
- Experience with A/B testing and analytics tools
- Collaborative mindset and excellent communication
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
Nice to have
- Familiarity with product growth metrics and onboarding optimization
- Experience with TypeScript
- Interest in speech tech or productivity tools
