Speechify is hiring a Product Growth Engineer (React / Tailwind) to join our Denver, USA team. In this role you will build front-end features focused on growth using React and Tailwind CSS, and collaborate with product, design, and marketing to run experiments, measure impact, and iterate quickly.
Responsibilities
- Build and own growth-focused front-end features using React and Tailwind CSS.
- Collaborate with product, design, and marketing to design and run experiments that drive activation, retention, and revenue.
- Implement A/B tests, instrument events, analyze results, and iterate to improve product metrics.
- Write clean, accessible, and responsive UI code and ensure performance at scale.
- Partner with data and analytics teams to measure impact and inform product decisions.
Requirements
- 2+ years of frontend experience with React.
- Proficiency with Tailwind CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with A/B testing and product analytics.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
