Speechify is seeking an AI Engineer & Researcher, Inference to join our team. This remote role focuses on building and optimizing inference pipelines for deployed AI models, reducing latency, and enabling scalable AI features for our users. You will prototype, evaluate, and productionize models, collaborate with research and product teams, and contribute to Speechify's AI stack.
Responsibilities
- Research and develop inference pipelines for deployed AI models
- Optimize model latency and throughput to improve user experience
- Prototype, evaluate, and productionize machine learning models
- Collaborate with research, data science, and product teams to shape AI features
- Document experiments, maintain code quality, and contribute to ML engineering best practices
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with machine learning, deep learning frameworks, and model optimization
- Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
- Experience with inference acceleration techniques and scalable deployment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
