- Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.

- Develop a treatment plan based on evals, orders, and goals.

- Educate patients and families on rehabilitative care for safety and independence.
- Accurately document observations and interventions in the EMR on a touch pad tablet.
🎯 Requirements
- Current NC license as Speech Language Pathologist.
- ASHA CCC certification.
- Solid computer skills.
- EMR experience preferred.
