Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
Evaluate and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
Develop a treatment plan based on evaluation, orders, and goals.
Revise care plans and participate with BAYADA clinicians in the multidisciplinary team.
Educate patients and families on rehabilitative care and safety.
Document observations and interventions using a tablet.

🎯 Requirements

Current SC Speech-Language Pathologist license.
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech from ASHA.
Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
