Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
Perform evaluations to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and swallowing issues.
Develop a treatment plan based on evaluation, orders, and goals.
Continually assess and revise the speech therapy care plan with BAYADA clinicians.
Educate patients and families in rehabilitative care to promote health, safety, and independence.
Accurately document observations and interventions using a touch pad tablet.

🎯 Requirements

Current North Carolina license as a Speech Language Pathologist.
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech from ASHA (CCC-SLP).
Strong computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
