Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
Perform evaluations to assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for speech, language, or swallowing difficulties.
Develop a treatment plan based on evaluation, orders, and goals.
Continually assess and revise the care plan with BAYADA clinicians.
Educate patients and families in rehabilitative care to promote health and independence.
Document observations and interventions using a touch pad tablet.

🎯 Requirements

Current South Carolina SLP license.
ASHA CCC-SLP certification.
Strong computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
