Perform evaluations to assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for speech, language, or swallowing issues.
Develop a treatment plan based on evaluation, physician's orders, and goals.
Update care plan and participate in multidisciplinary team.
Educate patients and families on care to promote health and independence.
Document observations and interventions on a tablet.

🎯 Requirements

Current NC Speech Language Pathologist license.
ASHA CCC-SLP certification.
Strong computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
