Perform evaluations to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, or swallowing issues.
Create a treatment plan from evaluation, orders, and goals.
Assess and revise care plan; collaborate with the multidisciplinary team.
Educate patients and families in rehabilitative care to promote independence.
Document observations and care using a touch pad tablet.

🎯 Requirements

Current NC Speech Language Pathologist license.
ASHA CCC-SLP or equivalent certification.
Eligible for ASHA exam or equivalent certification process.
Current education and supervised experience toward certification.
Strong computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
