Make home visits to clients in designated territories.
Perform evaluations and provide therapy for speech, language, swallowing issues.
Develop a treatment plan based on evaluation, orders, and goals.
Continually assess and revise the speech therapy care plan with BAYADA clinicians.
Educate patients and families on rehabilitative care.
Document observations and interventions on a tablet.

🎯 Requirements

One year of SLP experience required.
Current Colorado license as Speech-Language Pathologist.
CCC-SLP or eligible for ASHA certification.
Equivalent education/experience for certification eligibility.
Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
