- Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.

- Educate patients and families on rehabilitative care to promote independence.
- Document observations and interventions using a touch pad tablet.
🎯 Requirements
- Current OH license as a Speech Language Pathologist.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA, or equivalent.
- Eligible for ASHA examination or pursuing certification.
- Complete education and supervised experience required for certification.
- Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
