Make home visits to clients in Central and Upper Bucks County.
Perform evaluations to diagnose and treat speech, language, or swallowing issues.
Develop a treatment plan based on evaluations and orders.
Update care plans with the multidisciplinary BAYADA team.
Educate patients and families in rehabilitative care.
Document observations and interventions in an EMR via tablet.

🎯 Requirements

PA license (Speech-Language Pathologist)
ASHA CCC or eligibility
Education/certification pathway for ASHA
EMR experience preferred
Strong computer skills
Home health experience preferred
