Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
Conduct evaluations to diagnose and treat speech, language, or swallowing issues.
Develop treatment plans based on evaluations, orders, and goals.
Revise care plans and coordinate with BAYADA clinicians in the care team.
Educate patients and families on rehabilitative care for independence.
Document observations and interventions on a touch pad tablet.

🎯 Requirements

Current North Carolina SLP license.
ASHA CCC or eligibility for ASHA certification exam.
Educational requirements and supervised experience toward certification.
Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
