📋 Description

• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Perform evaluations to diagnose and treat speech, language, communication, or swallowing disorders.
• Develop a treatment plan based on evaluation, orders, and goals.
• Continuously assess and revise care plans; participate with BAYADA clinicians in the multidisciplinary care plan.
• Educate and instruct patients, families, or representatives in rehabilitative care to promote independence.
• Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations using a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet.

🎯 Requirements

• A current license as a Speech Language Pathologist in North Carolina.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech from ASHA (CCC-SLP).
• Solid computer skills; prior experience with EMR preferred.
