Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
Conduct evaluations to diagnose and treat speech, language, or swallowing issues.
Develop a treatment plan based on evaluations and orders.
Revise care plans with BAYADA clinicians in the multidisciplinary team.
Educate patients and families in rehabilitative care to promote independence.
Document observations and interventions using a touch pad tablet.

🎯 Requirements

Current Vermont license as Speech Language Pathologist.
ASHA CCC certification (or eligibility to obtain it).
Meet educational requirements and be eligible for ASHA exam.
Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
Prior home health experience is a plus, not required.
