Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

📋 Description

• Make home visits to clients in designated territories.
• Perform evaluations to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop a treatment plan based on evaluation, orders, and goals.
• Continuously assess and revise the care plan with the multidisciplinary team.
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitative care to promote health and independence.
• Document observations and interventions using a touch pad tablet.

🎯 Requirements

• A current NJ Speech Language Pathologist license.
• ASHA CCC-A or equivalent certification.
• Await the ASHA certification examination for eligibility.
• Complete education and supervised work experience required for certification.
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
