Visit clients in their homes to support recovery after illness or surgery.
Perform evaluations to assess and treat speech, language, and swallowing issues.
Develop a treatment plan based on evaluations and goals.
Continuously revise the care plan with BAYADA clinicians as needed.
Educate patients and families in rehabilitative care to promote health and independence.

🎯 Requirements

Active and current SLP license
One year of clinical experience preferred
Home health care experience welcomed, but training provided
Ability to travel locally to cases as assigned
