Speech Language Pathologist, Per Diem Senior Living Visits

📋 Description

• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Perform evaluations to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, or swallowing issues.
• Develop a treatment plan based on evaluation, orders, and goals.
• Continually assess and revise the speech therapy plan with the care team.
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitative care and activities.
• Document observations and interventions using a touch-pad tablet.

🎯 Requirements

• Current North Carolina license as Speech-Language Pathologist.
• ASHA CCC or equivalent certification process; progress toward certification acceptable.
• Education completed and pursuing supervised experience required for certification.
• Strong computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
