Speech Language Pathologist-Home Health Visits

📋 Description

• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Perform thorough evaluations to diagnose and treat speech, language, communication, or swallowing issues.
• Develop a treatment plan based on evaluation, physician orders, and goals.
• Continuously assess and revise the care plan with BAYADA clinicians in the multidisciplinary team.
• Educate patients and family members in rehabilitative care to promote independence.
• Document observations and interventions using a touch pad tablet.

🎯 Requirements

• A current license as a Speech Language Pathologist in Pennsylvania.
• ASHA CCC or equivalent, or in process to obtain certification.
• In progress: supervised work experience required for certification.
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
