Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
Conduct evaluations to diagnose and treat speech, language, and swallowing issues.
Develop a treatment plan based on evaluation, orders, and goals.
Continually assess and revise the care plan with BAYADA clinicians.
Educate patients and families on rehabilitative care and safety.
Document observations and interventions using an EMR tablet.

🎯 Requirements

PA licensure as Speech Language Pathologist.
ASHA CCC-SLP or equivalent certification/experience.
Education/experience sufficient for certification; may await ASHA exam.
Strong computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
