Make home visits to clients in designated territories.
Perform evaluations to diagnose and treat speech, language, or swallowing issues.
Develop and update treatment plans per evaluations and goals.
Collaborate with BAYADA clinicians on the multidisciplinary care plan.
Educate patients and families in rehabilitative care for independence.
Document care and evaluations on a touchpad tablet.

🎯 Requirements

PA licensure as Speech Language Pathologist.
ASHA CCC or equivalent; or in process awaiting exam.
In progress of supervised experience for certification.
Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
