Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
Perform evaluations to diagnose and treat speech, language, or swallowing issues.
Develop a treatment plan based on evaluation, orders, and goals.
Continually assess and revise the care plan with BAYADA clinicians.
Educate patients and families in rehabilitative care to promote health and independence.
Accurately document care observations and interventions in EMR.

🎯 Requirements

PA license as a Speech Language Pathologist.
CCC-SLP certification or eligible to pursue.
Meet educational and supervised experience requirements for certification.
In process to take the ASHA certification exam for eligibility.
Strong computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
