Make home visits to clients in designated territories.
Perform evaluations to diagnose and treat speech, language, or swallowing issues.
Develop a treatment plan based on evaluation, orders, and goals.
Assess and revise care plans with BAYADA clinicians in a multidisciplinary team.
Educate patients and families in rehabilitative care for independence.
Document observations and interventions using a touch pad tablet.

🎯 Requirements

A current VA Speech Language Pathologist license.
ASHA CCC-SLP or equivalent; exam plans as applicable.
Complete requirements to certification per transcripts/diploma and experience.
Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
