Conduct evaluations; diagnose and treat speech, language, or swallowing issues.
Develop a treatment plan based on evaluation, orders, and goals.
Revise care plans with BAYADA clinicians in the multidisciplinary team.
Educate patients and families in rehabilitative care to promote health and independence.
Accurately document observations and interventions using a tablet.

🎯 Requirements

Current FL Speech Language Pathologist license.
ASHA CCC or equivalent credential; awaiting exam.
Educational requirements completed and supervised experience for certification.
Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
Florida Background Screening Clearinghouse.
