Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
Perform evaluations to diagnose and treat speech, language, or swallowing difficulties.
Develop a treatment plan based on evaluation, orders, and goals.
Continually assess and revise care plan with the multidisciplinary BAYADA team.
Educate patients and families in rehabilitative care and activities.
Document observations and evaluations using a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet.

🎯 Requirements

Current NJ license as Speech-Language Pathologist.
ASHA CCC (or equivalent).
Education requirements met; eligible for ASHA exam.
In the process of supervised experience toward certification.
Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
